![]() The last suggestion I got from Apple was to swap the MBP for the latest version, but this would have cost me 800 additional Euros, which is just crazy. I also tried to switch from El Capitan (which I am running now) to a clean Sierra install, to exclude any software problems. I tried to get this fixed by Apple, and they exchanged the logic board four times ( ! ), since the third LogicBoard was dead on arrival. Especially in summer time, working with the MBP is a nightmare, whereas a Lenovo Notebook in the same room just works as expected. And it stays on this level for a long time, even though the temperature meter only shows 60☌, which is not much. The processor is clocking down to about 0.8 GHz (IA) and 0.2 Ghz (GT), as I can see in the Intel Power Gadget tool. ![]() I have a very annoying problem with my MBP 2015 Pro that appears every time it gets hot in my room at summer time and/or I am running two or more processor-intense tasks.
